Changes at Manlove Brain & Body Health
At Manlove Brain & Body Health, we are always striving to enhance the care and services we provide to you. To support our commitment to exceptional patient care, we are making several important updates to improve your overall experience with us.
Below, you’ll find the key changes we are implementing which will become effective as of Monday, September 23, 2024, and how they will benefit you moving forward.
New Patient Medical Records System
We are upgrading to new software to help us with your patient records and profile with the MBBH! We appreciate your understanding as we transition. If it has been a while since your last appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early so we can verify your insurance information and review your information for any necessary updates.
New Patient Portal
Along with our new records system, you will have a new Patient Portal to securely and privately send and receive messages from your provider, request medication refills, pay bills online, and update insurance and demographic information.
You will need to set up a new account as your previous one will no longer work after September 22! To set up your account, click the blue Reigster button on the new Patient Portal login page or ask about setting up your new login at your next appointment!
New Telehealth Video Link
A video link will be sent to you as either a text message or email 24 hours before your appointment and telehealth can be accessed via your portal account.
Telehealth visits will now require copayment (if applicable). Payment must be received before starting your telehealth visit. You will be prompted to pay when you log in at the start of your telehealth visit. You can also contact our office ahead of your appointment to make payment and will also have the option to pre-pay through the Patient Portal account.
If payment is not received, you may experience a delay in your appointment start time – so this step, while new, is important!
Billing Department
Our billing services are now provided by North Star Medical Management Solutions. You will receive your bills, statements, and financial communications from them moving forward. If you have any questions regarding your account with us, please contact them at: 605-939-7150.
