Winter Weather Policy

Rapid City, South Dakota winter months can bring harsh weather. As a result, the safety of our staff and patients is the utmost priority!

Our policy is to close the office when no travel is advised in the Rapid City area.

This means in-person appointments will not be available, and our office will contact patients via email on the status of their scheduled appointment.

Eligible appointments will be transitioned to our telehealth option whenever possible. If your appointment cannot be held electronically or you prefer not to have a virtual appointment with your provider, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.
