Accepted Insurances

Manlove Brain and Body Health accepts many private/commercial insurances to help cover the cost of your mental health treatment. Private/commercial insurance is insurance that you pay for yourself or is offered by your employer. This differs from public insurance which is provided by the government such as Medicaid, Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans.

Manlove Brain and Body Health is currently accepting the following private insurance carriers:

• Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield
• HealthPartners
• UnitedHealth Care
• UMR
• Medica*
• Sanford
• Avera
• Cigna
• DakotaCare

*While Medica has a similar name, it is not affiliated with Medicare or Medicaid.

We DO accept the following public insurance:

• Medicare Part B with a qualifying secondary insurance or supplemental plan
• Wellmark BCBS Medicare Advantage Plans

Note: Insurance coverage for our clinicians may vary by your insurance company, insurance plan, and diagnosis. Before beginning treatment, we recommend that you contact your health insurance company to confirm your outpatient mental health benefits.

Insurance We DO NOT Accept:

We have NOT been able to arrange a suitable contract with many public insurance programs, including various Medicare Advantage Plans and Medical Assistance (Medicaid) plans. We are out of network with all these insurance programs with the exception of Wellmark BCBS Medicare Advantage Plan.
